I was born in New Delhi, India. My father was an architect for the Military Engineering Services for India. He had to move every three years. We lived in Delhi, Chandigarh, Udhampur, and then back in Delhi. When I was 12 years old, in 1976, the family moved to Canada. I attended Jr. HS to HS. I graduated in 1991 with a BSc in civil engineering from University of Waterloo in 1991. I move to Connecticut, USA in January of 1994 due to the recession in Canada. I have been following work and career opportunities throughout the USA. In fall of 1998 I moved to Michigan to work on a large project.

Starting his career at 15 as a radio personality, he spent seven years playing the hits of the 90s and 2000s as well as promotions director. Adam transitioned into new home sales for a few years before joining Pro Builder and Pro Remodeler, construction trade magazines, eventually becoming the VP of Sales.

Luke is married to his beautiful wife Bridgette and they have two beautiful children Kyra and Korbin. Luke started in the construction industry at the very bottom, servicing and running equipment as well as bouncing through life not knowing exactly what his purpose was. While working full time Luke eventually completed his BS degree in Occupational Safety & Health and started to notice a lot of regulatory changes headed for the Crane and Heavy Equipment Industries.
